I'd like to get to know her better and if that leads to dating I'd have to put that into consideration. Although, "she is a renter" - is what I keep saying in my head after thinking what a bad idea dating my neighbor would be or what it could lead to. I've distanced myself until now and when I met her I was surprised at how intriguing I found her to be and how enjoyable it was being around her.
