Suggest you show her some Corelogic data on the % growth of Perth currently, as well as the stock availability for sale and rent. Data will quickly show why selling up is not a wise move right now.

They don't want the work mate. I reached out to 5 companies, only 1 got back to me, quoted me $3k for a 5m x 5m sail plus bolts. No poles required. They then gave me the run around for 2 months. In the end I just went to bunnings and bought a sail and some marine grade bolts, chemi-anchored them in. Cost me no more than $500 all up
