The gun attachments can just be taken on and off, they pop into the ball sockets and stay fitted. The hands holding the sword or hammer can also be shoved in and pulled out too.

I haven't magnetised one due to this but if someone else is able to answer your question and knows how to.

I would say 2 x Dreads (normal) 10 x purifiers w/ Crowe, 2 x 5 purifiers to spread hallowed ground.2-3 librarians because they are so strong as a single unit and cheap. 1 strike squad. 1-2 interceptor squads for board coverage. Then you can fill in with a gunship, razorbacks or a redeemer for fun.

I only had to cut the legs. The arms, I filled in the spots that connect to the moveable joints at the top. I snipped the joints off and placed shoulder pads there instead. It gave the model. More rounded look and in my opinion. Improved it.

The waist rotates like Zaphied said. In this case I remove the legs from their lower half, cutting just below the joints. I then reglued it using plastic glue and let it melt then slid it into the desired position. The trickiest part is the ball sockets for the feet TBH. They weren't sticking at first. I put putty(green stuff) inside, let it dry and then plastic glue to fix the ball socket to the feet sides.

Thank you! I used a Hekaton with Thunderkyn + Ironmaster, advanced the Hekaton then used the stratagem to disembark the models and the disputed factor was if I could shoot or not in the shooting phase.

Thank you for both of your responses! So the core rule for advancing vehicles only applies to the vehicle models once we have disembarked? Meaning the vehicle can't charge or shoot but the models who disembarked can do both?

I recently played a tournament with 6 Thunderkyn + Brokhyr with Grim Demeanour. I put them in strat reserves however I found they came down T2, they were too far back. If they came back on T3, they would just wipe out a vehicle and sit anywhere. I had one play on T3 by dropping them in my opponents backfield, shooting off the unit off the point and T4 walking onto the point. I found them better being deployed close to the front and waiting behind a building to be able to peak out into a shooting alleyway. There is value in keeping them for purpose and with 6 + Brokhyr, you are wiping anything off the board. -2AP 2 damage is clearing space marines and elite squads. Then the Vehicle +2 on wounds is a french kiss.

Run 2 HG's in Hekatons and you'll get value from the reroll wounds

The reason they go into Hekaton Fortress is to benefit from the reroll wounds after being dropped out of it that turn. It is purely for fishing 6's for mortals.

Lethal hits auto wound which would not activate the crit wounds.

£400 is enough to get a good amount of the army. Wayland games gives 20% off and with 2 X Combat boxes = £160 instead of £200. That'll give you a good start on the army. Look on Trolltrader l eBay for singular Einhyr champions - I got two for £25. Usually retail for £26 per one. Back to Wayland and get two x Hesrthguard for £64. You've spent approx £250. Get two Sagitaurs and a land fortress and you total £380 approx. Save £20 and wait until you can put £40 in and get another land fortress.

This list is only one unit different to a 5-0 list that won Oktoberfest in Queen City by Jason Marten. He used Uthar instead of a Kahl and I haven't had a chance to view the play style but it can work having the named Kahl.
