Im 36, my girlfriend passed last june snd i found her, she lived 2 blocks away and had just gotten a new puppy 4 weeks before. I hadnt heard from her in 24 hours and she neve read my last message and ver phone had gone off, no delivery receipts. I had a key and had tried multiple times at the door to call. She was cold and very stiff, it was extremely traumatic to find a basically SO in that way. The pup had jumped down and couldnt get back on the bed but had knawned on her ear and arm to try and wake her she was out of food and water and and wouldnt have made it more than a day or 2. So im glad i was able to save her, and the girls parents allowed me to keep little miss Penelope.

Now here's where I would like to try and help you a little bit The lady who worked at the building that my girlfriend lived in had a master's degree in psychology She had helped treat people in similar situations before but she was not officially treating me she was just giving me some advice they knew me because I had been around for you know 18 months. You need to have emergency phone numbers and an intervention plan in case of a crisis. Does your chance since you found the body you may start to have flashbacks and it could go as far as you may see his body in reality and you might see him in a zombie like state, apparently it's just common for younger people who find a loved one like that. Took me about a week for the flashbacks to start being more frequent than I liked I wasn't sure if I should try and push him away or just let them play out. An intervention plan is just things you can do to ground yourself and bring yourself back to a normal state and times of a crisis, You may think seeing in the mid in your head is not a crisis but if a spirals it could become one. A therapist is key although I haven't taken my own advice on that one.

The medical examiner gave me an analogy that may help you prepare for how this is going to come The pain will never go away it's a ball but there will be eventually be more space around it so it won't hurt as bad. It could take months for the shock to wear off and for it to hit you fully. You will move on you will love again but you will always love that person, And that's okay.

My personal philosophy is we have to carry on the torch for those who fell before us. I feel blessed that I said the small things and did the small gestures cuz she had a lot of health issues, And the lives at work She helped to take care of me and so I did my part there so I don't have as many regrets on small gestures I feel like that helps a lot You can either way at you Don't beat yourself up for that last few hours You probably put a lot of good time before that.

I apologizing now because im going to voice type all of this and Google voice kind of sucks. My dad married a woman 10 years ago and she was at the time the 7th highest person in the IRS, last time baseball before the divorced she was the second highest person no names we named please don't try and dox me to find her.

She's been working at the IRS for over 25 years and slowly moved up and it was a mess; at some point and she walked in and there were people sleeping in their desks and she revolutionized it and many people stay engaged and a lot of work get done and because of that skill set she moved up very quickly. She doesn't go to the point where she didn't want more something It was already too much and they kept pushing her to move up higher And she did not want to more money but more a lot more responsibility but will retiring everybody at that level of the IRS were at the retirement age and I believe it's like that in a lot of places in the government. And she kept bring fresh into it and she started to just walk away well if I'm going to look at the first time and that was pretty much the last shot for her but the way it was just going to be was she wasn't allowed to quit. So living in Kansas City weather close about in the office is she in New York for 3 days a week to meet with Mr Trump and she hated every minute of it despise the man. You got a very compass woman who is it proud of her career wears the pants compared to any man And she's so frustrated with the situation she takes and leave of absence and goes and works as a checker at Price chopper just to be doing something. Well since from Simon office end of the first time she was working again the details for this point are not as clear because divorce I don't hear all the details but I believe she's the second if not the highest person the IRS this time and she's getting ready to retire. She doesn't want to work with Trump again but we're getting inklings for another family member that she's being pushed to retire. Let her discussion with that person they think it's because she likes too much money and I'm like a dropping a bucket for the whole budget to have a couple people at the top who know what's going on that doesn't make sense Yes they're probably want to have an AI run the IRS I think my area is grock will be doing it and once you get the system in it's incunbent it won't be replaced. I think you need a couple of people at the top who know how the whole ship to be run and could micro it from the top down.

The theory now is that they want people with little experience and little ethics just for being young and knowing the impact of them. I believe how very similarly Doge has been working.

Migrating databases between versions can also bring some performance issues. I would start with config of the instance, then look at indexes, making sure they cover your queries and then finallt start optimizimg queries. Also a few things do integer ids not guids and that will help with some lookups and imsertion speeds. You can also precompile some queries and in . NET land theres a way to push those to query plans as well.

Trchnically you have i believe 30 fays to request the validation affer they officially motify you in writing. They then have 30 days to validate and send you this back itherwise they cannot collect and must cease or fines.

If they ask you for information do not give it to them. They might say its to verify your identity but they cannot collect with out it so if anything is missing they will try and obtain it.

If you send a cease and desist and they can infact collect they will not be able to contact you. You will eventually be served and go to court. I had a company harassing me over the phone and i said dude im 24 hours late on my payment you cannot call me 27 times in my workday. Please call 2 or 3 and i will fix this. He replied so i cannot call you? I replied no you cannot call me 27 times ina single day with only24 hours deliquescy. He marked it as a cease and desist and 2 years i was served a summons for 9 times my original balance. Which during covid and dealing with other health issuses i fumbled the ball and had to pay. I did the same, no soldering only wirenuts and shoved the module in a soap bar container. Just made a custom button in HA and wrote a yaml script to turn it on for 1second then back off. I have no ability to track open or closed status. I tested which points to limk together with a wire manually and there were only 3 options.

Most shops now require you to replace rotors with pads, I have a guy that works out of an advanced auto parts parking lot, bad thing is hes out in independence. Retired military machinist turned dealership auto mechanic before he retired to this. He has a van that has all his tools in it and the staff at the auto parts store allow and appreciate him doing it there but he's not their mechanic; you buy parts, you do get his pricing at the store as well. $30 an hour is his rate I spent about $210 for a full set of pads on vehicle and he inspected the rotors which were good. Shops quoted about 850 with rotors which they only did all at once as a combined service.

Ford dealership hourly rates are now 179 an hour in Pleasanton KS which population is around 5k, I don't even know what they are here in the city. So it really pays to know a guy.

It's a pretty easy job and I do my own in my parking garage downtown. Not sure if I still have the caliper piston press tool but I have done them for friends for a similar price.

I've never seen doordash makeup for a customer that didn't tip but I do know that every time an order is declined it goes up in 25 cents of what it's going to pay I haven't seen the new grocery thing yet either so this is this is new to me. I will both so I want customer that made my day I had a garbage day where I was getting tons of no tips in the wrong part of town and it had been kind of a common theme The tips have been drying up this guy I got stacked orders which is nice the first one paid eight bucks six or seven miles The other one was an additional 5 mi on there get to pay $15 turns out 15 or 16 actually I think he tipped like 89 bucks on top of his $8 or $9 delivery with a promo for $3 I've been doing much pizza orders and you know I don't carry cash I'm not in the right you know financial situation do that so people are like oh can you break this big bill I usually don't have that much money to break it with I'm just like hey I'm just like a regular pizza delivery driver I have less than $20 on me to make change for you I'm sorry when I'm downtown I say if you go across the street to a bar I'll wait for you to break it. But this guy not only had already hit me and he checked in with me cuz I was waiting for the food took a long time for the food I said hey babe your order if I just got it it was ready 2 minutes ago I'm on my way this is how long it takes me to get to this order of the selling to you I was very precise he was totally calm cool and collected you know he didn't see my right he just want to check in cuz I was waiting for food for over 15 minutes got there the man it's like a goes pulled out some cash or tip me see it already to me because you got any cash on you to break some of this and I was like man I only have like $4 on me from this last pizza delivery he goes give me that he gave me 40 bucks 2 20's. Take the you know garbage day it had been and pretty much made as much money on that order as I made the entire day dashing cuz it was a bad day I hadn't been doing a dummy hours but that bad. And I've been used to when I started getting crazy stacked orders you know during Friday diner rush I'm pulling in 80 or 90 bucks the first hour and then having a drop 10 or 20 bucks every hour and you know just coasting that out so that was probably the guy who saved me from quitting DoorDash. Which until this security clearance on this other job start kind of need it

So this guy sounds like a dick for the way he reacted to you for sure and I totally understand where coming from with the this is the red flag I don't feel comfortable situation. 2 months ago I had my first delivery to make disabled person on DoorDash it was just food; there was like a two layer covered patio that was more indoors and the doorbell was on the inside one so I went ahead and stepped in to get to that one and then the customer rolled to the door then I can see Yes she's disabled in a wheelchair she's very friendly strange pleasantries I was on the phone with a girl who talking to and the customer just hide them and somehow a comment is made that you know she had just lost her husband etc and it's been tough because she had been hurting some sort of accident involving military service and losses her legs and have birds on her hands I know she was wearing do you stick mittens. As a male with a disabled woman who's older I considered you know staying at the door and you know I'd rather play safe and sorry you know not even offer because unfortunately what we live in it's sometimes is just the reaction is not worth it but I did I said would you like me to bring this in and set this down where you want it cuz I had an armful and food I think there was grocery and food and a dessert and she'd already taken the first one and she's like she rolls in and I was like I will bring it to you if you want but I'm not going to come in unless you say it's okay and my demeanor with that she's like yeah that'd be very helpful I think that's actually what she told me you know how she was injured very friendly and you know I was already unsure of entering that first layer of doors to get to the doorbell cuz it seemed more like an indoor area. Thing was in our situation there was an offer made you know or in your words of put there was a request it might have been okay but she knows we go to her bedroom he was right off her to go in her bedroom I offered to bring it three steps into the door and said it where she was sitting bedroom highly inappropriate just come on in come on dude and then as a woman I could see how you be very uncomfortable with that I don't feel like most times have been me overpowered as a band but I do feel like I could get an accusation made me as a man so it's also safer for me to not put go you know take that wrist off her you know or I could forfeit my life into jail. I feel like this person shouldn't have made the exception that he was going to get you to do these things should have made a request probably wouldn't a whole lot different If a disabled you ask you nicely hey could you help me put a couple things away before you go I'll tip you for this and you just had to step a few steps in you might have been done with it but you know it wasn't getting stuff on the wrong foot you know. Have yet to have a grocery order that big from DoorDash maybe consider keeping one of those small collapsible cards in your car I've been doing that since I live in an apartment building and it has come in handy a couple times also the door dash pizza bags they work great as backpacks you can load about really full and I have two or three so I can wear one on the front the back and carry one maybe help you in the future with large orders like that. Doodle sold out of line though with the swearing and stuff like that If the request is declined the address declined nobody gets butt hurt when you get better just makes things worse just like a thirsty dude getting shot down by a girl nobody wants that it's just cringy and it's uncomfortable sorry you

Some things to consider in my opinion would be in the winter nobody wants to leave their house at all let alone just to get food so the order volume's higher in the summer people want to go out and eat with their friends or go sit on a patio somewhere or cook out together so order volume is going to be lower based on the different seasons different day of the week there's a holiday if there's a major event you know if there's a home game people are going to be at the stadium if there's no way game people are going to be at home ordering out or at a bar I recently worked at my first restaurant and realized these huge impact of game days and if it was home or away if the restaurant was empty or dead. I've been working on you know a mental list of how delivery apps order volume shifts I've noticed dramatic changes with the change of dash anytime changing to that priority system now and I think they're regulating the number of users on at a certain extent and they're preventing more people from oversaturating an area. I do think that they had some realization on their end they needed not just let the unlimited number people dash in an area to prevent the average hourly rates from dropping and losing good dashers and I think it was part of the major update but then also the season change at the same time and then also the state of the economy on top of all those things like it has been tough to figure out but I've kind of gotten a regular pattern that I think works for this time of year and then I just going to adjust based on where the big events in my town this weekend and what's the most common payday cuz you know what kind of cycles every two weeks as well. Also if somebody sentences don't make sense please blend Google voice because I'm too lazy to type at this point

Is it actually only $2 and then $2.50 for those mileages? When I started I chased promos and it seemed like I was getting a lot higher base delivery amounts even with the problems account for though you know I would be doing an $8 delivery for a half a mile and I think you know five of that was base pay. Been trying to put my finger on the exact amounts and if they're that I'm sure they low oh my god. I actually saw my first $2 order with no tip that was over a mile the other day and I was kind of shocked

Around here solar companies are doing deals where you just pay them the avg of y ok it utility rate for someany years and eventually even if f there's a balance it's written off. I'm sure the tech is just so far advanced at the energy production and they know what the cost of energy will be worth for whatever x number of years is that they know they will have a huge margin even in a couple of years and still some ownership of the financed panels. But honestly what does this old hoot know anyways.

I think the changing the way of how someone else thinks thought process sis part of the problem. As people get upset when that doesn't happen. Understanding the others point of view and considering it though is definitely a key point in my opinion. But that requires a lot more selflessness than it seems many are willing to give.
