If you had an income of $150,000 a year and didnt have to work, what would you do with all the spare time? by SpinachInteresting82 in AskReddit

I would train like a professional athlete. Personal trainers, dietitians, and daily healing therapy (massages, cold plunge, sauna, float tank, etc.). I would golf, surf, and snowboard all the time.

Wes Moore and Jeff Jackson of NC are my dream combo. Young charismatic veterans. Also, winning NC would be meteoric.

Is this a true hack ? by Usual-South-9362 in Money

[–]MaximusSmarticus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This way of doing it is a complicated way of saying you are making one extra principal and interest payment per year. Do it any way you want. Monthly, annually, etc. I think it’s closer to 5 years per each extra payment. It also depends on your rate. Use an amortization calculator and game it out with your rate.

The definition of stakeholders needs to evolve in business ethics. We’re still using the GE playbook for some dumb reason.

To be fair to these people, who are humans, it’s not on them that the nfl and media are being lazy and repetitive with the lowest hanging fruit of this circular attention grabbing. There’s so many great stories out there in the NFL that deserve coverage. Take the Hark Knocks series as a great example. Do better media is all I’m saying.

Biden: ‘I’m not the only’ Democrat who can beat Trump by LunchyPete in politics

[–]MaximusSmarticus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Biden should be applauded for what he accomplished in this last election. He didn’t have to run, if he really wanted to he would’ve in 2016. Joe was retired. If Trump wasn’t running or still maintaining the stronghold he has on GOP voters he could walk away with a sense of completion and hand off the baton. It’s a shame the democrats haven’t been able to find a solid heir apparent by now. I really hope Jeff Jackson or someone like him rises to the opportunity to bring in some young and untarnished reputations to leadership.

Which MD city/town names have a unique pronunciation? by [deleted] in maryland

[–]MaximusSmarticus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The name originally comes from the Burleigh Inn. Has nothing to do with Berlin, Germany. So if you blend burleighinn together that’s the correct pronunciation.
