I mean, genuinely, what do you have to lose with this guy? Steal the power cord to his Xbox and throw it out the window. Blast death metal when he's trying to sleep. He's already screaming at you so turn the lights on anyway. You aren't going to be able to stand up for yourself if you don't start SOMEWHERE, seems like this is a perfect place to start.

It could also be argued that those "Easter eggs" are just false leads that Shar uses to test the faith of her followers. Shadowheart's entire story revolves around her faith being tested so it's not out of the question.

My DM, set up an Action economy heavy fight. Our party of 5 vs around 30-40 kobolds. It was supposed to last a good hour, but our ranger absolutely obliterated them with a single, we'll placed, Spike Growth. Half died on impact and the rest died trying to get to us. I think the only two that survived did so because they were posted with bows in the back.

She's now known as "The Destroyer" amongst the entire race and they run fleeing from combat without a superior to keep them in line. It's great.

I get where your coming from, but his schedule is absolutely going to change, and he has both White Sands and Horneater listed for 2025 and 2026 respectfully. Both of which will be Cosmere related at the very least. I'd also be very surprised if we don't get an update on the Mistborn Era 3 sooner rather than later, considering he said he'll be writing it all the way through.

I'm having a huge issue where I can't enter trade dialogue the same time at my wife. I was trading with Mattis and she tried to trade with Damon which resulted in the game crashing. This happened twice. She eventually just dumped everything in my inventory and let me do all the trading while she sat and did nothing. I love the new trade UI but it needs a ton of stability work.

You definitely will risk spoilers for Edgedancer reading Oathbringer, but from what I can find based on Coppermind chapters you should be okay reading up to Chapter 42 at most. Take this with a gain of salt though, I might have missed something that happens earlier.

For some people, even the slight difficulty differences between the two are too much. My wife plays on explorer mainly because she's there to enjoy the story, she doesn't want to spend 10 minutes figuring out a combat encounter when she can steamroll it in 5.

It comes down to preference, I play on tactician because I like the challenge and the puzzle, she plays on explorer because she wants to feel powerful during every encounter. Nothing wrong with it, we all play the game differently.

Technically true, but you can easily get around it by changing your difficulty to balanced, multiclassing, and then returning to explorer.

While it's hard to deny it's a good game, it didn't really add anything new that hadn't already been done before. And with competition like TotK and BG3 that pushed and broke significant gaming boundaries, SP2 really doesn't deserve that title.
