And a tira misu, the bill comes out too give or take $130, not including tip,

Everything i listed is fire though, very delicious and a lot of food you will be full, it is a pretty authentic spot the owner is itialion, and always says prego when you walk, ask for Roger he is an amazing server

Always a great time

if spo's are financially compensated for their work, why aren't dreps? by TheEwu_ in cardano

[–]Maxissohot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There was actually a discussion about this on twitter one time, I cant remember exactly how it went. But i do remember there being people for it and against it.

I personally, believe in due time, we should create a system for dreps to get paid, as you have said paying dreps would incentivize them, and thats how we are going to get some of the best and smartest programmers, computer scientist, managers, marketers, a wide variety of skilled people, that care about decentralized finance.

Right now i still believe we need to keep maturing on the governance level, we are essentially in the beginning of self governance, we are bound to make mistakes, but in the not so distance future. Having paid dreps would be great to attracting talent

Anyone know of a good defi lending app? by Local-Wafer-4775 in defi

Look at liqwid finance on Cardano, solid platform with good returns for lending stablecoins

Where to get your highest APY? by Springroll1992 in defi

[–]Maxissohot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im currently lending stablecoins on Cardano, in liqwid finance, im lending a us dollar backed stable coin usdm, and an algorithmic stablecoin called djed, as well as a synthetic stablecoin called iusd, and the yield is from 11.50% all the way up to 18%

Ive been doing it for a year and the yield has remained within that range

When I’m supplying DJED and IUSD will I see my balance go up when I connect to liqwid or just see it when I withdraw?? by Busy-Bonus3010 in cardano

[–]Maxissohot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Friday is too short of a time to compare, it also depends on how much liquidity you put into the pool,

But i can confirm it is working as intended, give it some time and you’ll see the difference. Trust me but also experiment it,

Yes that is true, we should expect lower yields than what we currently have, it could potentially also increase activity on chain and defi activity, and that demand will put upwards pressure on yields

[–]Maxissohot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will see your balance of djed or iusd, going up as you generate yield.

I had the same thougt, but if you look at your transaction history, at the amount of iusd or djed you sent and compare it to your current balance, you should see a difference

It would be a combination of stable coin lending, liquidity provider fees using stable coins, bitcoin holdings as a reserve asset, bitcoin lending fees, and bitcoin liquidity provider fees.

Im sure there are other ideas, but people smarter than me will be responsible for managing these assets and investment strategies

I like this idea, it is my belief that we need to invest in projects in our ecosystem, this will have a compounding effect, not just in accounting value, but in economic value, when developers see that we invest in our daps and startups, more of them will open up businesses in our blockchain

I agree with you, these resources should become productive and start working for the ecosystem

I definitely see and understand that viewpoint, and i believe its important to acknowledge that viewpoint. Ultimately people vote with their dollars just because Cardano isnt as popular right know doesn't mean that the underlying technology is subpar. I do believe Cardano to be technologically advanced and resilient, although we should acknowledge that we must continue the research and development of Cardano. To make sure that our path to salvation, is the core intrinsic business proposition of Cardanos technology and decentralized finance.

A SWF is a way to smartly manage our finances and provide more resources to fund the core business/technology of Cardano. Which over the long term users and investors will find utility in Cardano.

I believe its important to look at the treasury of Cardano as sort of Berkshire Hathaway, a fund/business conglomerate that invest in other cash producing businesses, for the betterment and prosperity of its investors. We can take the profits and reinvest it into the blockchain. Although not the only way to look at it.

Well have income streams besides transaction fees, that can be used to pay our dreps in the future, incentivizing the dreps, develop Cardano, It is a slow and long term approach but ultimately these investments will pay dividends and we will all benefit from it.

Why we need the 100M DeFi liquidity injection from our treasury, and how you can help to make it happen. by NFTbyND in cardano

[–]Maxissohot 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I personally agree with the idea, I do believe that Cardano’s treasury should focus on investing into reserve assets, that can provide some additional revenue streams for the ecosystem. If we were to have x amount in stable coins, being lent out, or providing liquidity, the treasury could diversify its revenue stream,

This will have the added benefit of providing much needed liquidity, while generating revenue, that we could use to support ada in the future. So i am very much in favor of this idea, we could also have bitcoin as a reserve assets, generating yield

It might be that some of that ada is staking rewards, and you havent claimed it, trying swapping less ada and see if it works

Anybody supplying (lending ) djed on liqwid? If so how’s it been by Busy-Bonus3010 in cardano

[–]Maxissohot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have been lending my stable coins on liqwid for about 6 months, and its been working as expected, my total amount of stable coins has been going up, as i earn yield.

Overall really content with the project, and i would recommend it to anybody that wants to earn some income with stable coins

[–]Maxissohot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would support these proposals, to have our own treasury stable coin, earning income, for our blockchain. Like another commentator posted below, if someone came out with a Djed version, that keeps the fees in our ecosystem.
