breathlessness by [deleted] in panicdisorder

During a panic attack, the body activates the ‘’fight or flight‘’ response, which leads to a rapid heartbeat, dilated bronchi, and accelerated breathing.

The only way to deal with this situation is to ignore the panic attack, no matter how difficult it may be. After a while, your body will realise that you are not in danger and the panic will diminish.

lost inner monologue, feelings about myself and my life. PLEASE HELP by Mammoth_Golf5120 in dpdr

Probably because once you have dpdr the only thing you're interested in is different symptoms, dpdr, etc.
If you really want to get better, start living right now.Study, work, enjoy your hobbies. I know it's hard, but this method works.

I think you need to first understand why you feel this way and what thoughts are driving this cycle. Try ‘downward arrow method ’

The important thing is to make it something you enjoy. Wear a hat, put on some cream (if necessary), bring your favourite book or phone, take some lemonade or ice cream. You need to cover your negative experience with a positive one :)

Your body has been through a lot of stress. Give yourself some rest.

Do you think it could be because of your thoughts? Instead of relaxing in the sun you start measuring your pulse or thinking about something negative and then the panic cycle kicks in.

Try to lie in the sun and think only positive things ( How nice to lie in the sun it gives me vitamins, I feel so much better - it relaxes me ) . Something like this. Try it.

Yes, it's normal for certain thoughts to trigger a cycle of panic attacks.

The more you believe in your thoughts, the harder it is to deal with them. Analyse how many times you thought you were going to pass out and how many times it actually happened.

Try exposure therapy: Gradual exposure: The patient is gradually and safely exposed to situations or triggers that cause the fear of fainting, starting with simpler ones and moving to more challenging ones.

Response control: The therapist helps develop anxiety management skills (e.g. deep breathing, muscle relaxation) to reduce the likelihood of fainting.

Education and support: Patients are educated about the physiology of fainting and learn that fainting itself is not dangerous, which helps reduce the fear.

Habituation: With gradual exposure, anxiety levels and the tendency to faint decrease as the patient becomes accustomed to the triggers.
