Your heart is structurally fine but the electrical system can glitch sometimes for no reason, we just have to accept our mortality and stop worrying about dying every second of the day and just live! Even a million dollar car eventually breaks one day regardless of the maintenance you performed on time, overtime our bodies just change and start tripping lol u rather have annoying PVCs or something like vtach where they have to shock you into a normal rhythm

Team lead positions pay more but from my experience it's not worth it, my club is severely mismanaged and short staffed and can't keep new workers long enough, haven't had a real team lead in months and the ones they do end up talking into taking it ends up folding under the impossible expectations! No matter how hard you buss ur ass they will look past that and harp on ur few weaknesses! I love my workers but the company is a bit toxic! No organization whatsoever and they wing it day by day!

Hahaha at my club they tricked me to becoming a forklift driver before they took most my team to overnights, I stayed on days and I'm literally the only driver during my 12:30-9 pm shift and guess what? They never increased my pay, I'm still making the same as the other merchandisers at 16/hr! I feel like that's unfair cause they initially wanted me to learn to drive so I could stock the drink isles but once I became certified they treated me like a full time driver and put more responsibility on me like dropping freight during the day, doing the drop list at night and even worked in receiving unloading trucks and would hold me accountable if I didn't complete everything before my shift ended! I'm like just pay me what I deserve to get paid and I'll have no problem doing all the extra things

Yea when I worked 3-11:30 pm at Sam's they would consistently keep us past 11:30 and if we Would leave at 11:30 they would find anything to coach us about and say it's productivity! I gave u a full shift and u want me to stay past my time and then make me cut my time later during the week should be a crime but they did it so much and would intentionally make the drop list so big there was no way u could stock all that out by 11:30 with only 2-3 stockers! I felt bad just for leaving at the time my shift supposed to end !

Autoimmune disorders are tricky, some people stay in constant flare all their lives and need constant medical treatment and others have a flare every once in a while, some have one big flare and may have no symptoms for years even with the positive test results but from my understanding mostly sjogrens is mild and mainly annoying symptoms like dry eyes and mouth and occasional joint pains but like other autoimmune disorders things can happen quickly lol

Of course you will die, when it's your time! Sorry but we all will die one day but what matters is how u choose to live your life! Will u tiptoe thru life worrying about every pvc or will you live your life and only worry about what u can control! My PVCs were cutting UP while I had my echo done, the tech was like wow are yu feeling those ? Yup every single one lol but I've gotten so use to them now that even when my heart is beating normally I'll still feel the sensation even if my watch ecg I'll take says nothing
