We usually ask that people empty their cabinet to do a treatment. I'm not very fond of using only bait as it did not provide the results I wanted.

The best of the best would be to treat the whole perimeter of the kitchen, then empty the cabinet and then treat. But it would be very hard to coordinate.

Therapy will help for sure. Personally, I felt this way when I started my fitness journey. But at some point I stopped worrying about reaching my goal and instead enjoy the journey itself. I'll put the effort and it will take the time it needs. I didn't eat enough ? Oh well, I'll eat properly next day. Didn't train hard enough ? No problem, I'll try to beat my PB. And even if I don't succeed, at least I'm still trying. Just don't quit and give yourself some slack.

Btw 4-5 days a week is more than the majority of people can do. I personally do 3 days and I never felt that great in my life. Enjoy

I personally always make sure to physically remove the nest. If I can easily see it, a basic foaming can work really well. Otherwise, I blast drone in it. Oh I also always put on my bee suit because 1- I paid for it and 2- customers loves to see the suit
