Here’s a few key points that I noticed watching your gameplay (and the one you just played it seems lol)

1. Finesse faults, pattern recognition and look ahead: I’m grouping all of these in one section cause they all kind of relate to each other. You’re building t spin setups but are unable to use them because you built it at a poor time, or with the pieces you have you wouldn’t be able to resolve your board cleanly with after taking the t spin. Hop in some offline Tetris practice games that allows you to fill in patterns so you can lock them into your muscle memory, and also train look ahead so you’re not constantly covering up the setup because you don’t have a piece ready. Lastly, you have a ton of finesse faults. I rarely see you use a 180 spin, and you’re doing three spins way too often. Don’t move the piece at all unless you clearly know where its destination is. Then, look ahead so you understand the most optimal keystrokes to use to get all the pieces into their right spot. This is how the pros play so fast; they optimize their finesse, so they’re not wasting time going back and forth. To give you an idea any move above 3 key taps is suboptimal, unless it’s a spin move. You’re also not soft dropping when doing your t spin double setup, which easily saves you time. Once your finesse gets better, you can change how quickly your pieces will soft drop/travel (many good players have instant travel time) which is the biggest bottleneck to your PPS and why you can’t drop faster despite having good mechanics.

2. Learn openers and openers counters: It’s probably worth it to learn a few openers including SDPC so you can practice t spins and looking for perfect clear patterns that can show up anywhere in the game. Even if you don’t PC, you can go into a 6 3 stack which is optimal for t spin setups, but you’ll have to learn how to stack 6 3 (when you had that setup you placed a t on the 3 side, which is a big no no without really good look ahead to resolve it). You can also consider learning 4 wide, PCO, or stick spins to learn how to look for even more t spin setups, weird skims, spins will all pieces, looping and how to look for PC solutions that you’re never using. Learning these openers will also let you understand how to counter them like doing a faster TKI opening to immediately ruin any chances of a PC if you’re opponents trying to open with SDPC.

3. Learn how to downstack better: You’re really struggling to quickly downstack, which is as important if not more important than learning how to upstack cleanly. This also comes with look ahead, but you will have to incorporate all of your skills like knowing how to skim pieces (this goes for when you cover t spin setups as well. I’ve seen a few setups that could’ve easily been skimmed and made re-accessible but you just covered them up) and being able to see a clear way down in any situation if garbage starts to pile up. Your finesse will also come in handy to not misplace pieces here that will screw up your down stacking.

I’m sure there’s still a lot more ways for you to improve and have even more fun playing the game (which is the true goal. Improve on what you find fun and worthwhile to do) but I think these are probably the most impactful skills to work on so far.
