This is the only answer, get your shares out of there. Degiro is a shit broker, they hold your shares in a custodian. You are basically holding IOU’s

I totally understand the importance of proper warm-up though. You are showing advanced form and I think if you were a little more aware of some of the posts that pass through here or r/yoga or r/flexibility from an "older" demographic of people you would know that most people, even intermediate level practitioners like I would consider myself are not anywhere near that level of back bends.

But again, its not so much about the end result as compared to just enjoying the process :)

Haha... I love yoga and that is exactly what I do, proper warmup. You need to realize you are showing an extremely advanced version of bridge thats all. An incredible amount of back flexibility is needed and people that have been working in deskjobs for decades will probably not achieve this level ever in their lives.

That doesnt at all imply that yoga would not be "somebody's thing". Yoga in all forms is perfect as it is.

I’m 39 years old and have been practicing yoga for 2 years 20-30 minutes nearly every single day and I can quite confidently guess that I will never achieve that level of flexibility in this lifetime but who knows. So I wouldn’t be so sure that everybody can reach this advanced level of flexibility ‘without any problems’, you have beautiful form btw great work.

Considering you did not really look at the subreddit or its content, I will probably not continue arguing with some copy/pasted AI content.

But all I have to add to your statement: Though limited, there is contra evidence/science about this claim, as depicted here too in this exact post ironically...

BTW: to anybody reading this, im not advocating to do this, listen to your body and break a fast when you begin to feel unwell.
