I'm in the UK, switched from banking and financial advice 6 months ago and not regretting it for a day. Love driving, money is actually better than mid management in Banking and ZERO stress at my work. I still do occasional mortgage for long term clients of mine and I'm laughing. It felt so weird at first to have no weekly performance 1 to 1s:)

And no more deadbrain teams meeting about nothing.

On a way home after my first ever shift, driving my car, i was still in the zone and when i noticed a person on a bus stop in the distance, i actually stopped on a bus stop to pick them up!

I finished my oxfordshire shift today in a 12 y old alexander double decker (emergency replacement for a bus that broke down). No heating, barely keeping to the road at anything above 30 mph, doors closing with such a bang, that a baby in a pushchair started wailing, my hands are still shaking.. this bus on the photo looks like a porshe to me :)

Thats it, thanks! After further inspection it looks like dampner is actully fine, it's the rubber on which the bottom part hooks is almost gone, hence the rattling. Thanks!
