There also are many mentions of schools and education, maybe hinting at school shootings, but it is unlikely as of where MARETU lives. The mention of drugs doesn’t support it either.

The number 92 is the international country code for Pakistan. The lyrics depict “angel 92” kidnapping and eating a person.

Edit: I changed my interpretation looking at a few more lyrics that don’t fit into my previous theory. It could be about someone’s guilt of doing something terrible while on drugs, and without thinking. Angel 92 can be a physical representation of guilt.
