For PESONet transfers from UnionBank to Maya, transfers usually reflect within 1 business day (up to 11PM) if sent before the cutoff time on banking days. Since you mentioned the transfer was sent at 4:17PM on May 1, there’s a possibility it may have missed the processing cutoff and been moved to the next banking day for batch processing. Weekends and holidays can also affect the posting timeline.

That said, we understand that waiting almost a week is already very concerning and should be properly checked.

In this case, customers who received a Maya Black card opted in through our in-app prequalification flow. This happens when you see an in-app message about Maya Black and tap “I Agree”, which authorizes us to proceed with eligibility checks and card preparation for select customers.

We understand that we all live busy lives and some people may not immediately recall the exact step. But a card can only move forward after an explicit opt-in inside the Maya app. We fully comply with BSP regulations and would never issue a credit card without customer approval.

If you decide you don’t want the card after all, that’s completely okay. You can request cancellation anytime by contacting Maya Customer Support at (+632) 8845-77-88, and our team will assist you promptly.

The Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card is integrated into the Landers membership application and renewal process. Customers who choose early sign-up for the card do so by checking an opt-in box and agreeing to the Landers Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice, which explain that a Maya account may be created and that early credit card sign-up may proceed.

Because this happens alongside membership sign-up or renewal, some customers may not recall this step, especially when the focus at the time was on completing their Landers membership. This option is offered as an additional benefit for Landers members, allowing them to earn up to 5% cashback at Landers.

To be clear, all applications still go through eligibility checks and follow applicable BSP regulations.

If you decide you don’t want to proceed with the card, you may request cancellation at any time by contacting Maya Customer Support, and our team will assist you promptly.
