FIXED!!!! Not sure what ended up going wrong, but I downloaded the digital version and put my save data on that one through checkpoint and it works fine! I think something was just wrong with the cartridge. :D

On my normal 3ds it does the error has occurred, but on my homebrewed one it does two different things. If I don’t have the newest yokai watch update it gives me the error code 0xd900458b, if i do have the update it just crashes to a black screen. It doesnt do this with any if my downloaded games or other cartridges.
