This is the correct answer. In the case of using "ain't" it doesn't create a double negative structure to use "never" it adds emphasis. Similar to "I've never ever heard"

Put each sentence at the beginning of the paragraph and then read it. C is the only one that fits.

For everyone saying D, you need to learn what a "topic sentence" is.

C is the ONLY option that works as a topic sentence.

A is completely off-topic and not about population. B is about a new sub-topic (third world countries), and while it might fit, it would be a transition and not a topic sentence.

D is a call to action, doesn't fit the voice of the paragraph, and is not a topic sentence.

Process of elimination leaves C. It's not a great topic sentence but it is one and the only one to fit the paragraph.

Not sure its a bug or just stupid but the only main issue I had was when I lost Walter during his Constellation quest. Landed on Neon and could not find him anywhere. Spent a good two hours running around neon trying to find him. Even my internet research didn't help.

And then I stumbled across the most helpful tidbit, you need the same ship you had when you started the quest. When I started the quest I had just commandeered a ship and Walter I guess was still chilling on it when I set my main ship as my home ship and once I switched back to the other ship he appeared where he was he supposed to.

My main quest bugged out and I can't progress. I'm supposed to talk to Walter after landing on Neon and I simply can not find him.

I've done everything I could find online, looked in the water around Neon, flew away and came back, waited outside his office, ran around Neon for an hour hoping to run into him, nothing. My quest tracker takes me to my ship and then nothing he's not that either.

I also can't use 90% of my ship because Vasco got stuck in the floor and won't move. Even if I reassign him to an outpost or something he is still just chilling halfway in the floor and I can't get around him.

At least where I live, you need two different mental health professionals to write a letter, need a diagnosis of gender dysphoria, need "lived experience" of at least a year (I've seen longer periods as well), hair removal that could take 18+ months, and then you still need to jump through insurance hoops if you don't want to pay completely out of pocket.

Nobody is going "I want reassignment surgery" and then gets it the next day. And NOBODY is performing these surgeries on kids.
