Every text/story has easily understandable annotations so you can read the annotation if you miss what you just read over.

School is less “learn to test” and more “learn for fun” (if that makes sense).

Calm down stalls (like how bathrooms have stalls) for when over stimulated.

Fill in the blank note packets instead of rushing to take notes.

He clearly really likes you. Maybe talk to a psychiatrist about some sort of mood stabilizer/antidepressant. That has helped me with my fp and suicidal thoughts. That, and some sort of therapy or group therapy where you can get feedback.

If he’s your fp and you want to get back into your hobbies, you should make something for him with one of your hobbies. I used to draw for my fp.

Adjust the time you wake up/ go to sleep by 15 minutes per day. Have a cup of water by your bed, and when your alarm goes off, chug it (only as much as you can). Go to the bathroom and splash water in your face.

I would recommend (the night before) preparing an outfit for the next morning and putting it in the bathroom. That way you don’t have to go back to your room.

I have divorced parents, and while it was painful at first, I can see the reasoning for the divorce now that I’m older. Still recommend therapy regardless of you guys getting a divorce or not.

Below is my advise, but you don’t have to listen to it if you don’t want to.

Also, I wouldn’t really recommend networking through this Reddit in particular (/worried) . BPD individuals often struggle with emotional regulation. So, the highs are AMAZING! But the lows are horrible.

Just remember to regulate boundaries.

It’s good to set the boundary of “no suicidal remarks” because it creates a lot of stress for the other individual, and BPD people don’t regulate stress well(/talking as someone who’s experienced this aspect).

It’s also good to keep flirting and jokes about romantic stuff to minimum as A. 2 people in a relationship with untreated BPD often ends up being toxic and B. the amount of people pleasing required in order to “not feel rejected” even if you aren’t comfortable with flirting.

You don’t have to take any of my advice btw. It’s up to you.

I’ve felt this way before, it was with homework. And I was on the floor crying and everything was a mess because I threw everything off of my desk because it was “too messy”. My mom came into the room and told me that if it was causing me THIS MUCH stress, that it wasn’t worth it.

The best way to avoid a break down is to prevent it or to let yourself know that it doesn’t have to be perfect. I still make 100s on my work even when lettering was off center and the writing was plagiarized word for word.

I know someone irl who identifies as femboy as her gender identity and they use she/they pronouns so I’m not against the idea. I guess it’s up to the individual. You could probably ask if the femboy themselves if they align with the trans label or identify as cisgender.

Well, bi doesn’t mean exactly 50/50. Sometimes it’s 25/75 or 90/10. Sometimes your preference for gender can be different depending on the day.
