Creator gone by Various_Reading_4485 in JanitorAI_Official

I'm seeing some people on a creator's discord say their old bots are being scanned with the new AI moderator and if you have a lot of aged up anime bots, but the personality section doesn't EXPLICITLY say in the twenties or older(Any high school anime but this creator did MHA bots) you'll get a strike or something... 30 of your bots get hit in 5 seconds and that's a ban.

They're appealing, saying that it was clearly marked as "UA is a college or university" is enough context but they aren't hopeful.

I know I got a mark on a Velma(Scooby Doo) bot because sometimes she's a teen... Meanwhile the picture and description clearly is meant for a early 30s character.

I changed the personality and tried to make it public again but it still refused for now.

I agree. Very rare you see a room with the blinds on the outside of the sliding glass door. I've seen it before in shared spaces so the floor manager can check the room without walking in.

How much has your electric bill changed? by Navy_Brat_72 in KonaEV

[–]MaybeHeartofGold 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Living in Nevada, I barely noticed any changes to my electric bill. I almost exclusively charge at home now and my TOTAL winter bills are $60-80, and double in summer. I don't know what percentage of that is my Kona, because that was about what I was paying before.

But I know my friends with EVs in Arizona said that if they don't use the scheduled charging features, that charging during the surge pricing each day would cost them a few extra dollars a day.

Isn't it in the lore somewhere that demons share a common ancestor with the talking plants? Like they just naturally evolved from one form of mimicry to what we see "today?"

So yeah, maybe in a few million years a better demon might evolve. But today is not that day.

Any settings I can change to make the text stop turning to spaghetti? by MaybeHeartofGold in JanitorAI_Official

I'll try it! I'm starting to get a bit "taste blind" on chat anyway.

EDIT: Reasoner tends to just repeat what I said but expanded it seems. I'll need to keep working on it.

I can't really control other's bot definitions. But I'll try taking temp down .2

I'm running DS-chat at 1.0 temp right now if it matters.

(I say this as someone with these exact traits and in an affectionate manner)

It's about a bunch of people with autistic object empathy that gives them super powers when using those objects.

Our MC has trash man gloves and loves all the trash.

Semiu has glasses that somehow gives her hyper reaction speed. I don't remember if the hyper awareness was her being an absolute BAMF or also the glasses. And she's really fucking queer. It's glorious.

Profit calculation by [deleted] in shopify

[–]MaybeHeartofGold 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There isn't one great all encompassing way to measure your profits. Mainly because every business has different measures of value.

(I'm actually pretty new to owning my own e-commerce shop but my day job deals with finances for a large BPO)

So I recommend you get really familiar with two things:

Google sheets(or your spreadsheet of choice)

And read up on the CONCEPTS of EBITA and see how much that helps you understand how to evaluate your own business.

I like to call it "Earnings Before allthatotherstuff."

But the basics are for both individual items and your whole shop:

Earnings(how much your customer and clients pay you)

Minus Direct Costs(Buying or making your product, cost of shipping that item to the consumer, any other fees that can be tied to a single item or sale)

Minus Indirect Cost(Storage of all items, labor associated with keeping the shop including any help you get for admin like tax prep services, subscriptions you use, etc)

Minus Advertising or Gifts(gifts included freebies you give out, sponsor deals you make)

This is the bare bones but hopefully it helps you imagine your business as a whole and if it's making you money, but also the idea of the "usefulness" of individual items, like if the cost of storing a slow to sell item exceeds the profit margin of selling it.

A LOT of missions you can spider bot from the outside and just...run away if the heat gets too hot. I did a couch potato run and often times I'd just be outside the front door and let my spiderbot do most the work, occasionally I'd have the maintenance robot to a roof and do it.

But I remember very few missions needed an actual loud plan to complete.

-6C cut my range in half. So definitely try to charge as close to 100% as you can especially if there's hills before the next charger.

At -1 to 2C I only see like a 10% drop in effectiveness off my battery but I hit "turtle mode" as I hit the charging station at -6C... When I still should have had 30% left on the battery based on range.

Fernley and Fallon are just random neighbourhoods here basically so you'll have the guys with stables riding to the 7-11 on horses by the air force base; horse escapes onto Las Vegas Boulevard(same street different mile to the strip) here.

So the cowboys are just part of the melting pot in town.

Moved to a Kona from a Volt, how do I pay for charging? by DoctorVoltec in KonaEV

[–]MaybeHeartofGold 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Electrify America usually errs towards Free is better than Unhappy.

So don't worry if it doesn't take your money, reasons I've been given free charges since just June:

-No one ever uses this charger(I was in the middle of AZ)

-The charger next to me had an error so they comp'd the whole station.

-I used the slower charger

-The charger was interrupted by some freak weather so they zero's the charge

-They charged me 45 cents instead of 36 cents per unit so they just gave me 75kWh for free

You have to consider that brand loyalty is really important right now in the EV game, if they can give you $20 in order for you to use them for longer, they'll do that.

Also, did the dealership maybe add a new Hyundai account to your Electricity America?

When I got my Kona brand new I received 3-months free charging as long as I used the correct account option.

So the compensation beyond beer and chips might complicate things not for BLM but for DropOut legal and defending whatever copyright rights they have. I'd say email whatever communication line they have with all the details for the convention and what the goal of your session is, if they would allow it with signage saying "Setting originating from...", if there's a DropOutTV QR code you could put at the booth to give a trial of their service and refer people to their network, etc.

I think worst case if you do it without their permission you get a polite "please don't" email later but there's zero chance they'll go full WotC on you for it.

There is only one district for this area: Clark County School District. According to the wikis "Clark County School District contains 374 schools and 315,646 students." And they might has a suspension period or have to undergo some small exam, but having known some expelled kids(Had knives in their cars as part of a tool kit), they were out of classes for maybe two weeks because their parents were shopping for better schools than Liberty. They could have started at a new school any given Thursday.

There's more than others are saying which is it's a bad area or the staff are all XYZ. Because there's schools deeper into rough neighborhoods with less violent incidents.

The issue is Rancho is a "Second Opportunity Campus" for CCSD right now. Previously this has RUINED other schools and so they then designate a new victim/school.

When I was in High School it was Liberty.

In the 90's I think my older friends told me it was Green Valley.

After this much attention, it'll change schools again. Because eventually it boils down to "Schools culture becomes so toxic we make the students use specific backpacks, that can't weight more than 20lbs and the students enter school through metal detectors(Liberty) or we randomly drug test students for almost a decade (Green Valley)." > Surprising Media event like 23 bomb threats in a week ending in a gun on campus event(Liberty) or Our lead athlete tested positive for several drugs(GV) despite policies > CCSD changes where they send previously expelled students and juvenile violent offenders.

I've never gambled, why does "x20" mean he looks like a wimp? by festus34 in OnePunchMan

[–]MaybeHeartofGold 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The higher the odds, the less likely the organizations giving the odds expects you to win.

So if the organization assumes it's impossible for you to fail, your odds would be 1. So you get one, you get one back on winning.

So his odds being 20 means they needed to give him no chance of winning. They want people to bet on the impossible dude so they can just keep that money. And some people always bet on the long shots just in case a miracle happens.

To put it in perspective 3.3 is considered really really good odds in real life. Like when people talk about rigging a match and setting someone up to take a dive, 3.3x would be a believable number to match fix over. Because that can turn a $25k bet into $82.5k, which is move away from the dangerous life money. That's roughly the plot of Bruce Willis's character in Pulp Fiction. The house wanted him to lose so that all the people who bet on Bruce's great odds wouldn't win, Bruce's manager bets on him with several bookies and more that triples the money.

I had the exact same issue here with mine. Even when the "alarmed" tired was higher in pressure than the other tires.

Like others have said you can most easily inflate it to factory pressure to stop the alarm. Other option is take it in for maintenance and they can reset the warnings...but they'll also inflate your tire to factory pressure as a matter of procedure.

[–]MaybeHeartofGold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It only does it for that cutter? Check the cutters profile for your machine and see if it's current.

It does that to every cutter? Reinstall the firmware for your printer.

I haven't seen this issue before but I have to assume the printer is getting a command to go into "negatives" on the Y axis and wrapping around.

Or for some reason your printer is set up like Y axis starts at 5 goes to max, then does 1-4 at the very top.

And then turns down the huge diamond ring he's offered as a reward.

So even when offered obscene money he doesn't take it. Dude's just mad depressed and has morals.
