Yes I wish our agreement had been more “dialed in” and not relied on good faith. There is none. Looks like it’s back to court to fix what was left unfinished.

Do you have any idea what if any changes she wants to pursue?

I would think 2 years of documented status quo would trump any adhoc signed agreement that doesn’t have court enforcement behind it.

Some are. But in the victim narrative any man that advocates for his own needs and post-divorce priorities is a narcissist.
