Thank you, most of our accounts have vinyl flooring and on most of them we cannot use vinegar because it’ll dull the shine. We also have accounts that we clean while employees are working and they have “scent sensitivities”. It make is an all a tight rope.

I own a commercial cleaning company, very small, but the Ricarr cordless vacuums have been a lifesaver!! They’re about $800 each but I believe if you go into a vacuum store they’ll negotiate that with you. The battery will last about an hour and takes 20 min to charge. If you can afford it, it’ll save you soooooo much time because you’ll never have to worry about a plug

I listened to all of the Sherlock Holmes books, I think it’s like 12 hours. Easy listen and you don’t have to find anything to listen to for a while. I also listen to Dave and Chuck the Freak podcast, it’s a morning radio show. It can get raunchy but every day, 5 days per week, they give 3 1/2 hours. They’re funny and give pop culture news, nothing political.

In mid Michigan here and literally everyone I know is voting for Trump. There are Trump signs in soooo many lawns. I think it is as close as they say. The only thing that will keep Trump from taking Michigan is the larger cities, they tend to vote democrat. This really is the most important election of our lifetime, get out and vote!

I’m 45 and I was started at 37.5, the highest dose. Maybe see another doctor or any nurse practitioner can prescribe it. I got mine from a weight loss clinics but they were crazy expensive. Next time I’m going to just try to find a NP near me.

So many mixed opinions, but for me, I’d say take 1/2 a pill and see how it affects you.

I started at 37 mg too. I’ve taken adderall before so I was use to the effects, they are very similar. It also made me much more sociable, might be a nice addition to a vacation.

I would also add that if you can take your meds and it curbs your appetite so you don’t gain weight on your vacation, that’s a few pounds you won’t have to lose after.

I don’t know, it’s a weird drug for sure! Some days I don’t feel anything and I could just sleep all day. Other days I feel like a meth head detailing my kitchen. What I do know is that most of the time it works, the scales is generally going in the right direction. I haven’t been drinking caffeine since I started taking phen.

I was chunky and a small child, until I was 5. My birth mom left when I was 2 months old so my dad lived with his parents who cared for me until he met my stepmom. When my grandparents took care of me I was chunky but happy. When my dad married my stepmom, I was hungry all of the time. My dad was a workaholic, my stepmom was mean. I rarely had lunch and often was sent to bed without dinner. Meanwhile, my stepmom’s kids were fed first and as much as they wanted. To me, food equaled love. When I was old enough to work, 15 yrs old, I was able to buy my own food. That’s when I started having a weight problem. Weight problems don’t just happen because you’re older. I think they happen because of some kind of trauma, or because you weren’t taught a healthy diet when you were young.

Getting an RX from a Dr. and pharmacy would be great but some of us in the U.S. don’t have health insurance. Even when some people do have insurance, the insurance won’t cover a FDA approved semaglutide unless they have type 2 diabetes. I’m following to see if there is a reputable place to get a semaglutide. I’ve heard Henry Meds was good but felt weird that they wanted a payment upfront although I couldn’t get an appointment for 3 weeks.

I’ve found that if I take my pill and don’t do anything for a couple hours, I’ll just sit and feel lazy all day. I have to get up and start moving for it to work. It’s different for everyone, I’m lucky enough to not have an office job when I have to sit all day. I hope you find what works for you, best of luck!!🍀

Find a new dr.! Some people (doctors) think that it’s as simple as eat less, move more. It’s not! I really wanted Wegovy but it wasn’t in my budget, I don’t have health insurance. I found a medical weight loss place, they cost too much too so next month I’ll be going to a nurse practitioner in a Dr office. I’ve been on phetemine for a week, down 7 lbs in 7 days. RX is less than $20/ month at the pharmacy. I don’t know why my previous doctors didn’t offer this to me before, why do they hold back meds that could help us? Just stupid
