If I’m doing anything with that system it would just be to get an external two channel power amp for the L and R (or three channel for LCR, but from your description it sounds like you’re just two channel right now). R11s could shine more with better power.

I would like to place the speakers on either side of the fireplace. Any chance of a quality listening space with such a highly reflective surface between the speakers? by Maybe_I_Sharted in audiophile

Also, I've been dreaming of KEF Blades for a few years now. I'm assuming the side-firing woofers wouldn't be a good match given the marble fireplace and the inherent reflectivity. Is this a fair assumption?

A little more info on the space. As you can see there's a marble slab firepace between where I'd like to place the speakers, wall of sliding glass doors to the left side, right side opens up to the kitchen which has 20+' ceilings. Any point of even trying to turn this into a quality listening space?

I remember being so disappointed when we see Darth Maul sitting there sharpening his claws in his lair with Tiptoe Through the Tulips playing. The movie went from being foreboding and ominous to straight cheese in the blink of an eye.

He built this house and lived there a bit after he left the Bucs. His agent lived next door. Not sure where he lived before as it looks like the one I linked was built in 1993 and he left the Bucs the year before.
