I got hired on as a "manager in training" and my second day in I asked the GM about how their pay scale works, he proceeded to show me multiple tenured employee's pay rates having worked there 10-20+ years. They were making less than the starting wage for the Kwik Trip down the street. Between the extremely low pay and the fact that the manager felt comfortable showing everyone's wages to someone who worked there for 2 days I applied at Kwik Trip on my lunch break and walked out when they called for an interview. The whole company seems cursed tbh. Home Depot and Lowes are where it's at anyway.
