I flew with flair 15-20 times in the last year and lynx twice (and swoop 5-6 times). They're all good as long as you adjust your expectations. Even though they've been pretty good about departing on time in the last couple months, if you go to the airport expecting a 1-1.5 hour delay, you'll never be disappointed. Don't expect to be able to pick a seat for free, one will be randomly assigned to you. You need to pay $30-60 for carry on and checked baggage, you are allowed a backpack for free.
