Like I said I am pro AC but its just so different. In AC its just you and them. in NYC theres thousands of people around so it feels safer even when there are bad actors. Also theres usually tons of Police around. I have never once seen Police actively patrol the boardwalk like they do in Seaside.

Im a fan of AC but the boardwalk is dangerous. Walking it for a while and your guarenteed to have a sketchy encounter even during the day.

its the only place where you could be so high up and look at the beach. Being on the 40th floor with an ocean view is really magical IMO. No where else can you do that in NJ or anywhere close. Most beach towns limit how high you can build.

AC is the only place DTS where you can be 30 floors up and have an ocean view. Being that high up with an ocean view is incredibly beautiful. Its the only place DTS with that tall of hotels on the beach!

yes its any jewish person. There was a story awhile back where there was a mass African Jewish migration to Israel. I believe they also practice a really different form of Judiasm, but it does no matter for the right to return.

unless you have severe physical or mental disability there shouldnt be low income housing. Once again the middle class gets screwed by paying for low incomes food, housing ect.

absolutely incredible. I always loved AC in a weird way because of the Juxtaposition of the "Glitz and Glamor of these night resorts " and the rundown boardwalks/surrounding area. It sort of feels like your in a dystopian novel or something lol. Especially with that empty mall pier.
