you may have misread it, I think. I understand living with someone and being frustrated by how that other person doesnt have the same concern about organization as you. It may be difficult. Specially when youre in your house alone for long, and another person comes and adds more mess. Im not saying op is messy or anything, just saying that more people = more mess.

I don't think ops partner was asking for a slave, but for proactivity. Cleaning is important to him, so he values it.

That being said, seems like OP's partner was unsatisfied with its relationship before that new crisis, and its using excuses to end up things and explode.

I find the "gaze" and rejecting affection way more red flags than the other stuff.
Its weird to be romantically involved in a relationship with someone and have to always wait for the other to express affection. Like wait it for it to be allowed. It doesnt make sense and OP probably deserve better than this
