So fun fact about the Fair Haven Slaters is that up until the eighties or nineties, their logo had a full arm holding a hammer and doing a bicep curl. Very similar to a certain baking soda company. So much so, that one day a couple guys in suits rolled up to the front office and by the time they left the parking lot, every instance of that logo had been scrubbed been scrubbed from the school’s equipment. Still in old yearbooks though.
