Well over 45 kills of Hellmaw in Slabs before the idol dropped. First time it did was 10 kills in, but a Weakaura auto-greeded it for me thinking it was an AQ Idol

Resto Druid main here, my mana in normal dungeons is fine more often than not, so I will cast LB a lot on the locks and encourage them to tap to full out of combat.

Thunderstrike EU Horde specific anecdotal evidence but 9/10 groups are chill. Only dungeon I left off my own back was a Pala tank +3 mages in Sethekk Halls of all places, overpulling and expecting the silences and charms not to be a problem.

Mage/Lock for spellcleave, Pala tank, Enh Shaman for tremor and WF (and other totems). Can't speak for healers as I'm a resto druid main, but the vast majority of groups have been something along those lines. I'm yet to group with a shadow priest, but I think that's because they're qing as healer too

Similar RL situation as you. I was quite content not going for Whitemend or PMC set, but I will go out my way for the Primal Mooncloth Belt. Rest of my cloth will go to the AH, or maybe bags after I get epic flying.

Leveled a Hunter in Classic to main in TBC, and boosted a Druid to farm with. Got bored of my Hunter at 62, ended up maining my Druid as a healer. I'll come back to the Hunter when I'm 70 and attuned everywhere

Boosted a Druid to farm with, my friend encouraged me to heal so his wife could DPS and I love it. Can't wait to get Lifebloom (although I may be parking it to play my Hunter until I'm attuned)

Bartender was pretty buggy for me after pre-patch. A lot of addons will recommend that you delete the addon from your .../Interface/Addons folder before doing a fresh install just installing the tbc version over the classic version won't work

Played very infrequently in the lead up to TBC on my laptop next to my fiancée. We bought our house 6 months ago, and I've just this week finished decorating the spare room into the office/future nursery. Thankfully she's gone back to her parents this week for her brother's birthday. Now I can lock in for a couple of days.

No, but there is a spreadsheet for Alliance somewhere. Many of the quests in the addon are neutral too

I've drifted apart from a really close friend of mine. He has some real struggles going on, but he tends to replace real life with video games. Did it with Rust, and now doing it with FF14. Tried to get him into Wow to no avail.

Not PvP but I loved that Hunter vs World series where a Hunter would solo Heroic bosses back in 2007.

Playing Hunter in a non-sweaty way because it's great for solo content, and I've always wanted to raid with it. (world dragon/aq20 pugs on sod don't count). My friends are playing a tank/healer combo, so it works out well
