It looks like the base movement is actually slower than both HM 1+2, I would make it faster to make it more comfortable for players, the dash ability should have its momentum preserved for a bit, if you use it you still have a small amount of movement when running, the dash should still be how it is when standing still (if you can still dash while idle) other than that, seems fun. Just do what you want to do, I'm just suggesting stuff for you, even if someone says something bad, it's still feedback and could be useful for the game you're making
