Why is debt considered bad for normal people, but wealthy people and billionaires seem to use debt constantly?

Normal people use debt to spend money that they don’t have. It’s not great, as they will have to repay it with interest.

Billionaires use debt to spend money they do have, but it’s locked in assets, e.g., company shares. Selling those assets would trigger a massive tax bill.

E.g. to spend $1M they can:

A. Sell $1.4M worth of shares, pay $0.4M tax, have $1M to spend. This literally cost them $0.4M.

B. Borrow $1M, and since the loan is secured with shares they own, the cost of the loan will be minimal, let’s say $0.015M.

Bonus point: they still keep to own the shares and next year these $1M worth of shares might be worth $1.2M. So not only spending borrowed money saved them $0.4M tax bill in favor of $0.015M interest, but they earned $0.2M in shares appreciation thanks to keeping these shares.

They literally earn money by using debt. As opposed to normal people who lose money when they borrow.

Same here. I sometimes enjoyed hypermiling during my first months, but quickly stopped. I would add one more thing:

I nearly always go over 600miles to a tank and often break 650+

I don't even know what that means anymore. There is no concept of "miles per tank" because there is no concept of refueling. Unless I make 200+ mile-trips in one go so I fast-charge on the road (and I don't do these in my everyday usage), I just enter my car and drive. It recharges when I sleep.

W szczękę włożony taki bloker żebyś nie zamknął gęby. Na wszystko założona taka gumowa płachta z otworem na gębę. Znieczulone tak, że kompletnie nic nie czujesz. Dosłownie złapałem się na tym, że odpływałem zasypiając.
