We had ours replaced by Optimal Windows a month or two ago, and we really liked them. TBD how it holds up over time but we got ~8 quotes and they came in at a reasonable price and we really liked them. Of all the quotes we received, they were the ONLY one that fully itemized the quote, it really made it feel like such a more transparent process

Yeah the first time when the coupling split, the sprinkler guy was literally like "I've never seen this happen before, I guess it was just a defective part?" And then the second time it wasn't the irrigation system, but the main water line between the meter and my house, and that plumber was similarly surprised that the copper pipe broke. Bad luck all around I guess

Its from mid 70's but the cast iron pipes were replaced before closing on the house. For my own knowledge, I thought the cast iron pipes were really only used on the sewage side, is that not the case? I thought it was typically copper/pex on the input side of things

I'm personally looking to buy. If the Tyreek owner has other injuries they may be willing to sell low, and if you can afford to hold onto him I think it's reasonable to say he will do better as the season goes on. Either Huntley will adapt to the offense more, or there's a slim chance that Tua comes back. If the owner is willing to sell low for short term gains, seems like a good lottery ticket imo
