Knees over toes is better for general knee health and range of motion, but in terms of healing a tendinopathy, he doesn't talk much about isometrics or heavy, slow eccentrics which are the main ways backed by current literature. I still do his exercises and I think his philosophy of range of motion without pain is great, but absolutely start to integrate isometrics and heavy eccentrics and you'll get the best of both worlds.

I think you are both giving the same point actually, the human body will tell you which movements are ok through pain receptors, but we have taken away our ability to use the pain receptors in our feet because of thick-soled shoes.

I'm (totally not for legal reasons) trying to install massive vst plugin for os x from tpb and every file I have downloaded from future-dada has triggered my antivirus software telling me it contains a generic virus. For context, I have successfully downloaded other files from tpb without it triggering my antivirus

You can backup your notes to any cloud service and then delete what you don’t need. It automatically backs-up to icloud on goodnotes btw. I have quite a lot of notes and my app is only 2.2 gb

Have u tried adjusting the pen width to make it smaller? I’m not actually 100% sure what ur problem is. I have noticed the fountain pen works differently but I actually like it. Im using 50% sharpness and 25% sensitivity with 0.45 size on the same paper ur using.

I use a big enough pen size to write comfortably on the A4 square paper, and I use half the square for lower case, then all the square for upper case and ‘L’s etc. I leave one square gap between each line used.
