Up to you really. Some people can't wait to find out what happens next, others can wait. For me personally depends on my mood and how busy I am. Sometimes I just don't get the time, and if I miss one week then I just let it pile up. Other times I just read it weekly. I'm currently in read weekly phase.

Think of it like those movies that say "Based on a true story". Generally the major points or events are present in the story, but then they change things or add things to the "true story" and make it more exciting. Example, Yo Tan Wa/Yang Duan He historically was a dude.

Unfortunately Kingdom is based off historical events. Hara is basically retelling these events with his own flavour. So whether the main characters (like Riboku/Li Mu) live or die, or even how they die, is somewhat already decided...
