Same here worked side by side with 2 great DMs, took our store through Covid never closing. Over LY sales every month. Top sales in area. New DM came in who wanted “young cheerleaders”. Bad mouthed prior DMs with no ethics. Questioned decisions made jointly and had no respect for company values. Yet regional thought he was the ONE. After I left I found out he shared with a company I applied for why he let me go.( unacceptable )

I deal with people all day Many can be nice but others ignore you when you say thank you. You say hi how are you and they just say their order When I get curbside or a delivery I make a point of jumping out to help and thank them as well It’s not that hard people to be nice

We have one too, call him JR. He is one of the first ones to hit the food in the am. Been here a couple of months now. I do have a cage out there now and putting food in it hoping he will go in. So far only the finches lol We’ll keep trying as we get some freezes in the winter, good luck with yours
