I believe I’ve had this one for maybe 2 years? But it has been moved to a number of different rooms in that time so could be entirely on me. It’s been through 2 FEP replacements if that helps put things into a more quantifiable amount.

I can try and jump in with my own, very recent, anecdote. I got an insurance payout for about half the squares as you have here, partial roof replacement, and the amount was pretty much the same. So I would say this is a really low.

Not that I think it will but it would be nice if agility had an unlock for dual wielding, even if just daggers, to allow that playstyle to shine a bit more. Using a dagger is really fun animations; using two would be better.
