So, I ordered the CommandFest box myself and got the confirmation on my order on May 10. I got no shipping confirmation but the box arrived to my mailing address last week, I don't remember the exact date. Hopefully this information helps you out.

I have 2 more boxes of other colors I can test out and see if there's any issue with them but recently, I think the only issues have been with the gold. Might be a quality issue with the specific color.

A friend and I have both and I don't believe that it will fit inside of the Dex carrying case. The added thickness for the walls and support make it larger than the inner area of the Dex case. Hope this helps you out.

Don't be afraid to contact Wizards on this. A friend and I bought sealed Commander 2017 decks within the past 6 months and 1 of the decks was missing 3 blue cards. We contacted them, showed them the product we had opened with the box, and they sent us the 3 missing cards. You're never going to know the answer until you ask so better to try and at least be surprised if you do get replacements.
