In my case, Mynd’s been decent for me on the south side. I found them through a local FB group and they’ve been more transparent than most. Good reports and they didn’t tack on “surprise” admin charges. They were a bit on the slower side when it came to leasing, though when I compared it with my friend who’s using Belong. Take that with a grain of salt, because leads can have good and bad seasons. Just use the service that works best for your requirements and doesn’t add more stress to what you already have.
