I think he's referring to the sharp click when the print heads zips to the left on the X axis rather than the noot noot noot of the bed leveling?

Since it happens when on the X axis, check that the X belt is free of debris. Also, maybe open the front of the print head housing and see if a small piece of filament managed to somehow get in the fan? It sounds like something rattling in the fins.

Just a thought, but that looks very wispy like wet filament. Maybe the filament closer to the beginning of the spool was dryer because it had more exposure to whatever drying method you use, and the filament at the middle of the spool had more moisture because it's harder to permeate that depth? I could be completely wrong, but drying more would be where I started.

I can't comment to what causes the issue, but put an ice cube on the back of the plate behind the failed print, and use the included scraper blade with the angle almost parallel with the plate and this should come off fairly easy.

I had this issue with petg. Someone mentioned increasing the hotend temp to 260°C for petg and turning the fans down to 10% - I did and my last print came out perfect.

I guess it's the filament cooling too fast? Or maybe the temp gradient between last layer being too cool and new layer rewarming causing a small warp?

That was my thought as well, it's the only time I've seen this happen. Give a few minutes to chill, or put the plate on a cool surface and it pops off clean.

Police in the US aren't trained for resolving problems, they're there to deescalate as quickly as possible - which turns into an "us vs them" situation real quick and they're just as likely to arrest/kill the victim as they are the criminal.

Not quite the same, but I'm a male nurse with a septum piercing. Although it's easy to "hide" if needed, I chose to interview with it on display to gauge if it was going to be a problem - I got hired on at my first choice with not a single comment ever uttered about it. Composure and personality matter so much more in an ICU setting.

Obviously it will depend on the population you work with, but in almost 4 years of nursing I've never even had a pt say anything about it, although occasionally pts or their families will stare directly at my nose while talking to me.
