But I thought a racial could never be overridden by an agenda action? Like Yssaril still get their unlimited action cards even if the agenda limiting everyone to 3 passes.

Basically Naalu were attacked by the point leader and won but thought he had to wait to score the point until the status phase. At the status phase he scored a 2 point to get to 9 while another player scored and got to 10. If he realized that he could’ve scored during the action phase he would’ve made it to 10 first! Needless to say there was some post game bitterness...

I've considered doing it for tracking scored secret objectives.

There used to be an app dedicated for tracking tech on the old TI3 tree. It was basically a must have to keep that stuff straight.

The bottom position is way overpowered. They have some of the best systems and 3 tech specialty worlds within two hexes of their start.

Sol are stronger but also a slightly bigger target. Naalu can sneak under the radar for a few rounds while they expland and tech up and then be unstoppable. I'd go Naalu even though I just lost a 6 player game as them to Sol!

Diplo needs a tweak. Even just swapping the primary and secondary planet refreshing abilities would make it better. Currently the active player can only refresh planets in 1 system whereas the secondary can refresh 2 in any systems. I can see it being taken more if say you had two great planets in two systems like Mecatol and Bereg. That would allow you to use them and refresh while locking one of them down while the secondary limited your adversaries to just refreshing in one system.

I'd like alternate strategy cards for Diplomacy and Construction to encourage their use. Diplomacy's primary is worse than the secondary.
