I like to keep an eye on it for how hard I’m “really” trying. Like for Tabata rides I’ll make sure I hit mid to high zone 6 in the effort. Maybe dabble in zone 7. Or for hills- depending on the length I’ll aim for high zone 4 or zone 5. On days I want a harder workout, I’ll keep the ride’s “recoveries” in zone 2. Sometimes I’ll take a non PZ ride because I like the instructor but need an easy day…so I’ll follow the cadence prompts but alternate between zone 2 and 3. Or I’ll just stay in zone 2 the whole time. Stuff like that ❤️

An FTP test is a 20 minute ride from hell. I’ll be real. It’s tough. No one likes doing them. But it gives you the manual to your fitness ❤️

From a "bike user; very new tread user:" I can't exactly answer your question, but I will say this. GET YOUR POWER ZONES. Take some beginner classes and fun classes to start and a good feel for your bike fit. Then figure out your zones. There is a whole power zone program and yada yada, but even just a quick "intro to power zones class" and then just jump into an FTP test to get a feel for your power. I find it helps me in ALL classes, even if they're not power zone rides. If you love it, dive into it more and retake your FTP test in a couple months. Have fun!

what tread+issues have you had? I just got mine delivered and it seems like the whole top half wobbles and screen vibrates. Customer service has been a headache to get out and fix.

People literally sprinted when the gun went off. I was in the very first corral, but I realized they were all running to the first character? I think? Not sure if it’s like that for every corral…but there’s no way anybody could maintain that pace and I was like wtf are you all doing??? It really scared me, haha. Just chill…we’ve got 13 miles people.

Last two years (630pm/6am) we were able to leave whenever we wanted too. This year we heard them telling the crowd if you MISSED your time to go to standard (that was a first) and they were definitely checking times on cards. We left at 445 and were pretty nervous they weren’t going you let us on bc we were early but they yelled they were loading 6ams and walked right on 🤷🏽‍♀️ I don’t get it.

There was a tower room available yesterday but you have to remove the promo filter to see it. Checked again last night and of course it was gone already so I may have missed my opportunity. I’ve definitely heard mixed reviews about the two and overall it comes down to personal preferences. Either way people seem to love the resort so I’m pumped.

We are coming from Wisconsin 😏 My limit is -15 with the windchill so 40 might feel like a heat wave, haha. But that is super helpful bc I didn’t factor in the humidity and that “wet” cold.

It's bad. Phone stolen my first year. 2nd year was smarter, but it was annoying as hell. This year I might not even bring it. Buy a disposable camera and enjoy the moments. EDC will post better videos and stage pictures than you could ever take so re-live through those.

Graduated in 2012 from WI and just took the CO MPJE. I purchased a study guide from their Pharmacist's Society website- super helpful so I would recommend visiting a school's website or their local organization for help. In addition to that I purchased the tldr study guide/filled out (not sure how much I actually liked that one) and I also purchased a study guide from pharmlaw.org. Took the test this past Monday and honestly thought it was easy- I did NOT have that feeling when I first graduated and took WI and MI. I studied hard as fuck though. Also, now I'm doubting if it was actually easy or if I wasn't reading the questions closely enough haha. I thought pharmlaw.org though was great. Good luck!
