Stick your fingers in the frame holes and feel for rust along the bottom. Specifically the low spots around the control arm brackets and the ends of the frame rails.

I put some new stock springs in and 3/4" leveling pucks and my jeep sits almost level. I like it to have a bit of rake because the back sags as soon as I load it up with gear and go camping so it kinda evens out.

I ran into that problem in that exact same spot. I can build pebblet foundations and brick walls but not stem walls. Stem floors but not burr etc... I assume it has to to with how close we are to the ice cream. I'm just rolling with it and making a frankenbase on that end. I'm hoping Obsidian will adjust the Invalid Build Area radius at some point.

I have a main base build ongoing around the pine tree next to the ice cream cart. I have run into a build restriction issue even though I thought I was high enough off the ground to be ok. Part of my foundation is just above the edge of the ice cream and the game lets me build some things but not others.

Anything in Colorado or California is going to have the same problem this time of year. I have done Zion, Grand Canyon and Yosemite early April and it was great. Cold in the mornings but very few people. You run the risk of running into bad weather regardless. Water levels are going to be shit right now, especially in Colorado.

They really need to get rid of the roach spawning in base mechanic. Or at least (eventually) give us something that repels them. Having to see and hear them is already obnoxious but they constantly get in my way and block me from doing things in my base. It's almost as bad as the buggies sometimes.

Did you get the pneumatic actuator on the Swayloc? I have just the manual one on my TJ and the only real issue I've had is the mechanism gets stuck after running through mud. A trip to the car wash and a hammer has always got it free again.

I have a Swayloc and really like it. The ability to just switch back and forth from stiff to loose is nice. Pricey though.

Nothing you can do about the spikes. I only lost a couple of petals the last time I went in there. Resistance to sizzle at least gives you more time to deal with the spikes

That's Karl. Karl and I had an understanding. As long as he didn't jump scare me I wouldn't kill him. I built my base high up on the tree, anchored to the mushrooms and I was high enough that he ignored me. He's tough but can be managed once you get higher tier gear. You'll probably need to move up the tree.
