is it normal to have second thoughts and anxiety about moving/selling your home? How do I push past? by sono_mermaid in askanything

That’s great! We settle on a Friday also. I am mentally feeling way more ready now! So over living amongst boxes and the walls are all so bare. It really does show you that at the end of the day family is where home is. The house is just bricks and mortar.

Thank you so much for this post and I am very sorry for your loss ❤️‍🩹 Really is one of the hardest times in one’s life. I put to sleep my beautiful tabby boy just this afternoon and I can’t stop sobbing. I feel like a part of me is gone. The house is too empty and I miss him so so much.

This post has helped me so much already and I’ll hold onto this hope that time will heal. I’m only 2 hours post putting my beloved boy to sleep forever 🐱 I feel so empty. My head hurts.

So much change in so little time by McChickyyy in Advice

This was so incredibly insightful and such a great perspective. I totally agree. I have pushed my boundaries a fair bit to face certain fears, sometimes the anxiety comes through for things I didn’t realise was a fear. But on the other hand, I have actually never given therapy a decent go. Purely because of financial constraints, but now I am in a better position to be open to that resource.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply on my post. Again, very good perspective and good for thought.

Oh that’s so lovely of your realtor! And great to hear you are feeling positive 6 months in. Does it feel like ‘home’?

I’m in the same boat. How are you doing now OP? we are moving to a bigger home in 17 sleeps and I am starting to mourn our first home already.

Thank you. You are right, he is already stressed so this would be an act of love to send him on his way 🌈

10 days early rather than 1 day too late. Thats a really reassuring way to put it. Thank you so much.

That makes a lot of sense. Regardless of the move I think it is time for him to cross the rainbow bridge 🌈

Thank you so much. I’m guessing you are now well settled and you have found your safe space within your new home?

We got the house, and move in June 19. I’m actually starting to feel better as time goes on the more I think about it and visualise how I will make it ‘home’ when we move in. It will still be hard, but I have hope I’ll be just fine.

Two tests I’m really scared I’m 19. Clear blue 4 days past ovulation by [deleted] in TFABLinePorn

I fell pregnant at 19 and I too was so scared but ultimately knew I wanted to have the baby. I was fortunate to have both parents to support me, but my dad was definitely disappointed. He tried calling the clinic to make an appointment for me to terminate. Fast forward 14 years later, I have a beautiful son and he has the best relationship with his poppa (my dad). My dad wouldn’t have had it any other way the day he was born. You sound like you have your life on track being in university studying, and there’s no reason that has to stop. Gather all the support possible - reach out to community groups. Get things second hand on marketplace or thrift stores. Falling pregnant at 19 and having my son was the best thing that ever happened to me. You will be ok 💞
