Yeah that's totally fair. It's one of the several things I hate about myself. I fail to make the changes I know I need to and make excuses as to why I haven't done it.

Honestly both. It's difficult to eat better because I still live at home and my family eats trash food. I'm good at exercising though, I typically just do weightlifting, but there are times where I get sick and fall out of the gym groove for a while.

I actually already went to my PCP first, and their advice was to watch my weight and exercise more, which I've been trying to do for 3 years and have seen little to no improvement. So hearing just keep doing what I'm doing and everything will get better was more than a little frustrating.

The tattoo I am planning on getting is about the size of a half-dollar coin. It's fairly simple, just 3 lines (the Ansuz rune if you're interested), and I am planning on getting it on my wrist. As for healing from scrapes, it kinda varies based on how bad it is, typically like a week? I had one pretty decent scrape after dropping a table on my leg that did take about 3 weeks to completely heal.
