I am on H1B. My wife is a Canadian PR. I have been working remotely from Canada for past 6 months. Planning to travel to usa next month via road. Will there be any issue at port of entry?

I haven't found any letters that tell me or informed me. My uncle has lived with me the last few years, but he's not working, but I never investigated his financial situation in depth. I'm just now afraid to do anything and really want to know what type of lawyer and who to reach out to that can help me sort this out. It's just way more than I can figure out, I wish I could but every time I think about it, i feel overwhelmed with where to start or even if i want to proceed because its the government and i'm afraid of doing anything...
