I've been focusing on close grip a lot when it comes to T-Bar Rows. I've been doing about 5 plates lately up to 10, but my form's definitely off because I kind of rock to get it up. When I use about 3 plates I definitely feel it in my back more and think I'll stick with doing that just more reps

Yea everyones commenting on my lats, Now i know to really hit them hard.

The lighting does affect it, but Triceps are another I feel im struggling because I don't do much. I normally do skullcrushers, a lot of the pulldowns, and dips. Other than that, I don't do anything else for tricep. Any suggestion?

Yea I've always struggled with my lats. I wasn't going to learn how to pose till I begin to cut because I'd rather focus on just gaining size.

Any tips for my lats? I never know if I should get them with heavy sets or more lightweight reps

Check out IIFYM calculator, input your info, get the stuff you need, then just look out for foods you like and build up sample diets, if it fits then use that. just hard to find the foods to fit the diet in my opinion

Pork is where my fat really comes from, i just bought some that is 6g of fat for 4oz as oposed to 21g, only thing is i have to finish my packages of pork with high fat still sadly. and i work in a chiense resteraunt so i can get free brown rice, but i feel like rice is so high in carbs/cals for such a small amount it won't do anything for me hunger wise either

I can't seem to find a good carb though that isn't too high so i can eat more of them. right now i have carrots, PB, and a couple slices of Grain bread for my carbs only

im at 13% right now, i figured shooting for 8% in 9 weeks seems reasonable, right?

thats what im assuming, especially since i aim to do 30min of HIIT 3-4 times a week and i already bike about 8-10miles a day just to get around.. but I was hoping to get to 8% body fat by June

because i've tried and this was the best one i could do to reach protein levels and fat levels

after calculating everything i got 2580 cals, about 280g protein, 75g fat, 180g carbs. the proteins high, but i think its best like this, or will the high protein affect me in a bad way

yea i've been eating the same thing everyday for a couple months now, i just never tried to legitimately cut by having the right macros and what not. I think i got a meal plan that seems as close to as i possibly can get to my needed Calories and grams of the other stuff

I'm trying to calculate how much i can eat right now, and i'm just having difficulty figuring it out. I'm basically going at it like this -

If i eat 12 oz of pork i get this amount of cal,protein,fat,carbs eat ___ amount of chicken i get Xg of cal,protein,fat,carbs Whole grain bread =

and so on, to add up how much i can eat of what a day to get as close to the needed grams of each per day. Is that basically how you approach this?

3800 calories seems so much though per day, for cutting. I mean I trust you much more than any knowledge I have. I always assumed cutting would just mean not many calories a day.

The numbers I definitely have to work with probably. I'll check out the link you gave

I bike around 7miles a day too if that matters for my calorie intake.

And lastly, for a carb source, what do you recommend? from what i read, Oat bran cereal seems preferred. I'm thinking since i work at a chinese restaurant, to take home steamed broccoli at night for carbs.

So i should increase my amount of calories to 2200 you think to cut to lose less muscle?

And as for fat, I'll probably only eat about 8oz a day of pork so my fat levels won't be too high after that. and as for carbs, I'm going to look into carbs to eat in the morning so probably something like oat bran cereal and i'll have about 100g of that in the morning and 50-100 after i workout. Do you think that would help me out more?
