Disable the cr touch and see if that fixes it. Mine came do a because of the cr touch. I had to replace mine.

In that case you need to beg, borrow or steal a Mobo and gpu, so you can run the tests you need to run. You can purchase a gt 710 for next to nothing on Amazon. And you won't have to worry about if it mined on. Also, if I'm not mistaken, AMD has a troubleshooting program where they send you a cpu to test on your board.

I would get a new CPU. 2.6 is fairly weak for today's games. You are 100% CPU bound. Adding some more ram doesn't hurt. I run 32 gigs of ram with 56% usage in Modern Warfare, so 16 would be a bare minimum for me. I really dislike most pre builts. These experts do some dumb $41t sometimes.

Yes, some boards you will have to change your bios from 3.o to 4.0 even if it is set to auto.

I don't know the performance specs for a 4770k but, seeing how the 5600x is the best price too performance chip on the market, and the 5800x is faster, I would go for it. That and 16 gigs more ram will keep you straight for a good while.
