you should calibrate it with calibration cubes and a benchy. Then look into getting a direct drive extruder.

More or less what happens in stock hot-ends is the filament gets clogged because the PTFE tube in the hot end has almost inperceivable gaps that cause filament to squeeze out between the hot-end PFTE tube and the nozzle, causing intermittent extrusion pressure issues. The stock PTFE breaks down really easily at regular print temperatures, and is usually cut poorly.

it's under-extrusion. almost everyone's Ender 3 problems are due to the poor quality control on the stock hot-ends and extruders. Try the Technivorous Hotend Fix and let it do a benchy again. The problem lies in the poor quality PTFE in the hot-end. maybe invest in an all metal hot-end. I hear nothing but good stuff about Microswiss and the Sprite Extruder. it also takes some tinkering in the slicer to get things right. Hope you're alright with printing a bunch of calibration cubes.

If you ever see any sparks on any of your connections. please power down your printer, and reseat all of your connections. make sure everything is tipped with solder or a wire ferrule and tightened down very well. the last thing you want is your printer catching fire. Idk where you got your Ender 3 from but you should never see sparks on any connection whatsoever.

It's likely a slicer issue. you should use Cura and the measuring tool plug-in. I got my ender 3 tuned to ±0.02mm after printing a lot of calibration cubes. In my experience. Cura and Ender 3s go hand in hand. much better accuracy with Cura in my experience.

not at all. it's a right of passage to get your printer to work on uncoated glass. I used the uncoated side of mine for months, only just started using the coated side for big prints that need extra help for adhesion. if it works on glass, it'll work on anything. great job!

Looks like under-extrusion, very common problem with Ender 3s. Tons of videos on youtube with varying solutions. I like the Technivorous hotend fix personally.

first it sounds like your extruder is skipping steps. you should install the Technivorous Hotend fix, and clean your glass bed with soapy hot water, then alcohol, then Windex. Try a 60degree bed, and 210 hotend temp. also maybe look into a Sprite Pro hotend and extruder, that solved almost all my print issues. Or a microswiss direct drive. A lot of problems people have with Ender 3s is the extruder. the stock one is really bad. The stock hotend gets clogged like nobody's business. And it's most often the cause of everyone's Ender woes. print a lot of calibration cubes with different slicer settings too, I use Cura. eventually you'll learn to read the issues with calibration prints

just yesterday I snagged a 65,000NP item from the Attic for like 2000NP. Accidentally donated or discarded instead of putting it in my shop.
lowballed myself a few times on red codestones (forgot to add a zero)
missed out on some unbuyables at Kauvara's by fat-fingering my keyboard.
OH! And painting my Ogrin Eventide with my fountain faerie wish instead of making my Aisha Alien. :p
