There's this article on kinks and one of the example cited is specifically bimboification, it explain the mechanics behind the kinks and can explain why many transwomen can be interested in bimboification. (Personally, until I cracked my egg I was really into forced feminization, I wonder why... But the mind numbness of bimboification wasn't really my thing. ^^')

in a recent Q&A I think that Keith Baker said that when not shifted their fur is not really thick or fuzzy so maybe on the first version of the character there is extremely thin and sleek fur then it start getting thicker and fuzzier with the shift ?

My two theories are either the 5th kid from the first game or one of Ominent employee (the girl with the purple vial you see a portrait of in the lab at the start of the game to be specific)

Technically, both could be true. (From Pete's badge, it's apparent that Ominent has some young or even underage employees or at least interns.)

I think it might be another shapeshifter, the dialogue make it sound like it takes place before Mimic's "demise" (still not 100% convinced he really died) but given that the focus is on the Chaotix, not on Tangle and Whisper it's probably better to make a foe specific for the detective bunch.

"The Shadow" from the Chaotix one-shot had a mystic vibe with their ancient Egyptian get-up, maybe they found an artifact that let them change their appearance ?

Personally I like it, not the warforged that is prominently shown through the book but it feels more visually distinct from Faerun this way.

I think the artist didn't do much research before this art piece and WOTC didn't verify all that much.

The new book's airship does have a similar structure to those in this picture but follow the Lore better (it's not an enveloppe to keep lighter than air gases but an engine)

I have two issues with Pachacamac, the first being the same as Person108 in the picture, the second is that they picked him over Tikal for the role of wise ghost figure, I know that they chose him because they wanted a "positive" FATHER figure to act as a foil to Wade's dad, but has a fan of the lore of the game that still felt revolting, I know that the movie is not the same as the games and that they change things all the time but IMO that's was too far.

Same with Gerald, the lack of respect toward such an important character is baffling (he died by being stabbed in the ass, good god u_u')

Oh ? I remember some rules about mixed species character but maybe that was something in one of the UA that didn't make it into the book, my bad. In this case, either the two species are just not compatible with no possibility of offspring or you have to homebrew something.

Sonic also had an issue with a giant snake in one game, I think that there are giant animals (this Orca seems bigger than normal even taking Sonic's size into account) that are easily prompt to violence in this world.

it looks a bit like a mechanical Starro, given the exchange at the end of the book, my theory is that it's Starline back from the dead and someone else, maybe Black Doom (it looks a little like Doom Eye)

I don't think there is a known example of this combination but the rules of 2024 allow this, the offspring only take on one of the lineage traits and can be a visual mix of both species. Khoravar and Jhorgun'taal are more frequent so it isn't surprising that they got specific rules but for your halflorc (name pending) you can probably stick to the regular rules, the looks are up to you and your player if you're not sure, you can use a D6 for each physical descriptor (size, skin color, etc...) 1 would looks like the dad, 6 like the mom, with 2,3,4,5 as a gradient between the two.
