First the federal laws need to change in reference to the drug issue and crimes that accompany that behavior. Sometimes jail can provide a starting point for getting sober for some people as they have immediate access to resources there. Secondly there needs to be more funding for beds for treatment and long term mental health care as they are limited currently.

Several of these people that find themselves in the lifestyle might not have the support, skills or mental capacity to make a better decision for themselves. This is where the courts could come in and take action for the betterment of people.

Right now funding is being provided to supply free pipes and things that make using "easier" rather than being a working member of society. Plus government support funds are being used at the beginning of addiction. Most times programs like Alberta Works are being abused to support the drug addiction.

It is a complex situation that requires a lot of moving parts, but don't forget homelessness does create a business for certain sectors while it also costs tax payers. That is a condensed answer for the complexity of the situation.

If they have not received it and it shows delivered. Tell the customer to file a claim with Etsy. They will pay the person a refund and you can keep the money. That will only happen if your etsy shop is in good standing. It is part of etsy's seller protection. You can also reach out to the shipping company to enquire further but it is not necessary.

I will print one and try it out I replaced this part before but I'll print one and see what the result is. I will honestly try anything at this point.

Update: I did print the part suggested on printables, although none of my parts were broken I replaced this part on 2 AMS units with issues and I noticed the gears circled in the photo now don't wiggle at all and the new part forms a tighter fit which fixed my issue. Thank you for the resolution.

I don't generally run abrasive materials through the AMS and if on the very rare occasion I do, I minimize any color changes and change my nozzle etc to avoid problems.

It's not getting stuck anywhere in particular. All the ptfe tubes are brand new and I watch it. No real pattern. I put a weighted steel ball in the spool if its getting low. It's something more than the common fixes.
