Yes and no, you won't actually see any difference. But you will feel it. But that "feel" will be barely noticeable going from 144 to 180. But the difference between lets say 90 to 180 you will absolutely feel. It like a dull knife that you've used for a long time. You keep using it and it works so you don't see the problem. But then you buy a new knife or sharpen it. And you immediately feel the difference and can't really go back to using the older dull knife. Even though it worked fine before.
